since 2008: providing spay/neuter transport services to those in our community to help animals and reduce pet overpopulation issues.
since 2008: acquiring large donations of pet food to re-distribute to rescue groups, shelters and people with pets, affected by disasters (throughout midwest to alabama).
Before the pet evacuation act (2008); animal owners were often ordered to leave animals behind. now it is a federal law under the stafford disaster act, making communities legally responsible to include animals in all disaster plans or risk never getting federal money!
since 2010: providing a safe-haven for orphaned animals in need and providing all necessary medical care and wonderful new lifetime homes. PET FOOD FOOD BANK FOR PEOPLE STRUGGLING TO FEED THEIR PETS WITH THE ECONOMY DOWN SLIDE. HELPING TNR CATS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY AND PROVIDING DAILY FOOD/WATER AND WINTER HOUSES/HAY. NETWORKING WITH OTHER NOKILL GROUPS TO HELP WITH THE OVERPOPULATION DISASTER HAPPENING THROUGHOUT MISSOURI.
